No foreign trip, but a trip to Vegas to watch Summer League games and Kenny Chesney.

All that speculation based on one report you read. You must be a Democrat.

    BB Practice updates

I hate to post it, but I believe Hawthorne will be the player at the end of our bench, not a starter or impactful contributor as many believe. The season hinges on Diallo and Wilkins playing well.

    If Kentucky misses on Kusturica.

California is the most beautiful state in the country. But, it’s still the land of fruits and nuts.

    Mullins back to UCONN

I’ve seen enough from Hurley to not buy that he’s a good guy. I am so glad he’s not a part of my beloved program

    Mullins back to UCONN

It would have cost UConn a final four victory and the ref didn’t have the nerve to make that call. The year before, Hurley made the vulgar statement on national television to the Tennessee team right after UConn was eliminated. There is a consistent history of Danny Hurley behavior that is...

    Happy 100th birthday, Mel Brooks

If you are still on the planet 10 years from now, you will have a good chance to live to 100. This is because of medical advancements from AI.

    Mullins back to UCONN

Indiana sold their soul to keep Bob Knight who is one of the worst people in hell. UConn will pay a toll for putting up with Hurley. They should have lost in the FF last season when he head butted an official with .8 seconds left in the game.

Mr. 63%: Why Context Is Inseparable from the Statistic

The Mark Pope hire is an outlier that you can’t factor in an I do not believe Pope would have even been on Kentucky’s radar if he were not an alum. The 63% would not have gotten him an interview. I’m sure that prior coaching hires, Cal, Smith, Pitino, and Sutton had much better resumes than...

Mr. 63%: Why Context Is Inseparable from the Statistic

Averages can be thrown out a window when we’re talking about Kentucky basketball. There is an incalculable advantage inherent to the program. These advantages, facilities, fan base, money, esteem, history are only afforded at the most elite schools and UK is the top of that short list. The...

Wasserman Early 2027 Post Draft Mock

This is still one person’s speculation about a draft that’s a year away. I’m not ready to give up on our chances based on this.

Quaintance likeky to miss rookie NBA season after he has another knee surgery

I don’t like the hairstyle, but people said the same thing to me at that age.

Quaintance likeky to miss rookie NBA season after he has another knee surgery

He seems like a good kid, in as far as I can see when he’s interviewed. The worst thing that could happen is he’s an NBA bust but has a great financial head start to the rest of his life.

    Dusty May to the NBA

    I hope he’s a POY candidate.

    Dusty May to the NBA

99% of the posts on this site are nothing more than speculation. I hope Hawthorne is a player of the year candidate, but I just don’t see him as a impactful player for us next season.

    Dusty May to the NBA

If Hawthorne is playing significant minutes next season, things are not going well for Kentucky. He’s everyone’s favorite player because he’s never left the bench. No way is Hawthorne ready to compete against SEC forwards.
