    Shouldn’t be...obviously some 3 stars turn out better than others but Iowa does better than most p5 schools in developing players.

    You have it backwards...75% of Iowa commits have at least 1 other p5 offer. 18 are 3 star (1 is 4 star QB and 1 not rated DB) which means they are p5 talent level. Most of Nebraska commits will also be 3 star.
