    I agree. I think the College game has really affected the mindset down into the high schools. It's just a different mentality now. Transfers happened years ago but it just seems to be more commonplace or expected now.

    Even before this I have been hearing that some kids are planning to transfer over to Starmount to have a chance for a championship run. I wouldn't blame them one bit for doing it. Lot of talent in such a small radius with East Wilkes and Mt Airy all nearby.

    As Deana said, Starmount should be one of the favorites to come out of the West. The Rams lose some good players but return several key players as well, also had a good JV team that should help fill spots. I'm afraid that Corvian will be in contention next year also.
