1. Is carpeting usually savable? Should I insist it be changed?
2. Should I throw away any wooden furniture? There was around 2" that some of the nightstands and bed frame touched.
3. How are odors usually mitigated? It smells bad.
4. Moisture readings on the sheetrock show "wet" up to 6" Should this keep getting lower in a few days?
