I'd worry more about them being disappointed and discouraged in a non-playoff bowl game. Now is not the time to give up, they aren't where they want to be yet but there is still time to get there
In that scenario, it is very likely that we would still get an at-large bid to a NY6 bowl, I'm thinking probably the Cotton, probably matched up with the G5 rep.
Of the schools we currently play regularly, Notre Dame would be closest to that, probably followed by Virginia. Imo, Ohio State would be a great fit for that, but I doubt they have any desire to start such a rivalry with us.
Very true, Roady. I don't think anyone here would argue with you on that, or even say it's a foregone conclusion that we will... It's a tall task, we're just excited to have a team that just might be able to get it done.
Different show than the one the OP was referring to. Sound like we got better coverage on the national show than on the ACC show. From your post it sounds like we were mentioned more times in the 10 minute segment on the national show than the 60 minute ACC show. Wierd. I would've expected it to...

Really? You haven't been following college football much, lately, have you? So. Miss record the past couple years was posted earlier in this thread, so I won't bother to repost, but ULL and WKU both won more games LAST YEAR than So. Miss has in the past 3 combined.
