    I don't know him personally but have spoken with him on several occasions, he has always been respectful to me & I find it hard to say anything negative about his tenure as a coach in VA.

    So you know people that know him personally... I'd bet there are dozens of schools in VA that would love to have him. Just because he doesn't say "Gosh Darn" like Coach Smith doesn't make him a bad guy or coach.
