    Who will Hoiberg’s 1st big recruit be?

    I mean if you're just looking at the class ranking, I'd say it's accurate. Hoiberg produced many All Big 12 players that weren't even factored into those due to transfers. His final team had 5 NBA players on it, and only 2 were factored into those rankings. I wouldn't put a lot of weight into it.

    Lutz was on Fred's first staff. Former coach at NC State, getting up there in years. Sort of helped Fred transition to being a head coach. He is a pretty good recruiter but better at developing talent. I'd be a little surprised if it was Lutz - that would leave Matt A. as the only recruiting...

    Hoiberg length of stay

    Hoiberg had a huge buyout if he were to leave for another college team, but a very small buyout if he were to leave for an NBA team. That, and many other quotes from him made it fairly obvious the NBA was his eventual goal. I think when the contract details come out, somebody should look into...

    Transfers aren't factored into the ratings. That's absolutely meaningless. I'd hope for a good, immediately eligible big guy like Shakur Juiston.
