    I don't know if it was already made clear in this thread, but the higher priority points only allow you earlier seat selection. If you're locked in at a lower donation level than what's required, you cannot simply move your seats around each year without having to pony up the additional money...

    I'm less worried about how much tax payer money is being spent, and more worried about local police forces resembling the military. And when they resemble the military they begin to act like it. I just don't see why it's needed.
