    I’d give Lynch the coaching edge. Back in 2018 ESL was loaded with future NFL guys, while Lynch had maybe 3 college prospects and still made it work. He’s proven he can do more with less. Add his game IQ and in-game adjustments, and now he actually has more than enough weapons to work with.

    Lynch really knows how to develop talent to fit his system. There are plenty of guys on the roster who came in with zero stars as freshmen and now they’re sitting at four stars. That doesn’t happen by accident. He’s doing a great job — definitely an awesome coach.
