These guys read defenses pre snap and post snap at an elite level, know where they are going with the ball probably 50% of the time pre snap. It's a risk imo, I think Nebraska is at a point in time that they will have to take a risk, the likelihood of getting someone that has done it in the B1G or SEC and been successful is pretty much nil, considering that person is on other B1G and SEC programs lists to hire as well...
