Iowa's late offers this spring and summer (Battle, Murray and Stewart) appear on this ESPN list (click top left box in ESPN tweet) of 2026 national prospects who showed significant improvements this summer. Bjorn and Kussow also make this list.

Perhaps the Devin Cosgriff commitment to Michigan has helped bring Kussow back into play for Iowa. It seemed like Michigan was the leader for Kussow, but Cosgriff plays the same position.
