    Alcoholism can be isolating. Seriously consider checking out a group--AA, Celebrate Recovery, or something else. It's the community as much as the technique that matters. Or go to a counselor or counseling program. There's 0 shame in that. But also check out Katie Herzog's Drink Your Way...
