    Brands and Company are fully entrenched. The next coach doesn't need to the Final Answer, rather a necessary solution to end the current slow death that is Brands and Company.

    Having witnessed the rise and fall of Brands and Company, it's time. Now is the time they step away from the program. Their strengths as coaches no longer can compensate for their deficiencies. Great, loyal, hard working guys who are no longer are a NET PLUS for the program.
