Watch: Matt Campbell recaps Penn State's 21-18 loss to Michigan

Pretty much the same for the offense. The ST haven't shone, but they haven't fallen flat on their face either, from what I recall. That's really the problem for this team. If the offense could gel and sustain drives, and the defense could get a few 3 and outs, this team wouldn't be half bad...

Our sports teams lose a lot.

Given the buyout, I doubt Kraft is going anywhere anytime soon. Matty Cams will be staying at least for another couple years, even if this year and the next wind up 3-9. As for the other sports, none are "revenue generators" TTBOMK, other than men's basketball, which has never been a...

OT: Meatchicken: Your Cheatin’ Heart Weekend Jukebox

Even if Michigan were to not cheat and play with one hand behind their back, I fear that Matty Cams and Krafty Kraft will still be looking for that first conference win after tomorrow's game. In that vein, here's three from Steely Dan: "They call Alabama the Crimson Tide, call me Deacon...

Never attribute to incompetence that which might be explained by malice. Put another way, some people make money by building, others make money by destroying.

    Recap

Sometime during last night’s game, can’t remember exactly when, but NBC showed MC prowling the sideline, and right behind him was Terry Smith. I believe TS had his arms folded, with a stare that made him look like he was evaluating the whole mess (including MC). The look on his face made me...

    New A.D. candidates

If there's anyone formerly or currently at Alabama or Ohio State that would have the resume, that would be my first choice. Both schools have a long tradition of athletic success in the revenue sports (football obviously the main one, but Bama has been making a run in men's basketball, and OSU...
