    I think the logic is that you want to KNOW early if you aren't going to make the conversion--meaning you will need 2 more possessions, instead of 1. You play the final minutes a lot different with that knowledge

    This graphic is quite a bit off (AI prolly), but Iowa had 4 soul-crushing last minute losses last year, but did win 3 one-score games (PSU,MSU, Vandy), but we certainly didn't win 7 one-score games last year.

    I really hope we all LAMENT the MN loss as costing us a Playoff (cuz that would mean we run the table). However, I can realistically see us losing to any of the remaining opponents, unless we play pissed off (like we have after both our losses).

    Notice how successful the QB read was..........

    Neither appear to be great at running, or throwing. But it's RIDICULOUS when teams run the read option when it's obvious the QB can't/won't pull and run or throw. It just makes the play even slower and allows the defense to crash down and suffocate the play even faster. Its annoying.
