  I replied to your comment on the NutriSystem thread the other day but it looks like that thread may be buried.
  You mentioned the Garcinia Cambrogia pills and sent an amazon link. I have a few questions.
  
  Do these give you energy, make you jittery, or increase heart rate? Basically, is it speedy?
  I would try taking something safe that just surpresses an appetite, but I don't want to take something with highs and lows.
  I have since seen a Facebook article that looks like an ad that mentions this stuff and mixing with Apple cider vinegar. When I went to the link you sent on amazon, it suggests to buy AC vinegar.
  So does this work or just a fad?
