    HS football isn't the be all, end all of life. Football is obviously this kids secondary sport and if UNC or an MLB scout says that they'd prefer he not play football, if I'm him I'm not touching shoulder pads in the fall and risking my future.

    Then why aren't kids from the likes of PR and CG recruited to schools that run a spread option? When was the last time either of those schools had a high level WR recruit. They're not remotely the same offense.

    I'd wager they'll still go 7A. They haven't played in 6A since 2013. Are they ducking ESL? There may be some truth to that, but they have petitioned up to 7A with the likes of BR, MC, GW, and others throughout the years so I don't see why they'd stop now.
