    He’s talking about the analytics Pope uses I believe and I agree. I just hope he gets away from his spreadsheets and develops a better feel for substitutions and game flow, it’ll happen eventually I imagine. At least I hope so.

    If you look at the Rivals rating solely, we have nine 4* guys. I hate the composite rating, especially with ESPN included and they’ve sucked for a long time. Also, 247 only has two of our guys rated 4* which shows the disparity in the rating services.

    Bateman has a good rep for putting LBs in the league, one heck of a well rounded staff with a younger guy like Stein who these kids can relate to as a closer. Bright future if these guys coach like they can recruit.

    One heck of a haul, probably the best recruiting week I can remember if that happens which it should unless Moss throws a curve ball Friday. Never seen a UK staff that recruits this hard.

    Got an invite to the MLB draft combine next week, should get some good feedback on where he stands so I’ll guess we’ll know in a week or so. MLB draft is July 11th.

    Offense should be clicking much better in the second half of the season, the UL game is probably 50/50 but beat UF and we can possibly win six. I’ll take that but if this staff can coach like they recruit, who knows. Just want to see a program where we’re pressing on offense and not sitting...
