    Would take any of the other scenarios that gets State to the SEC champ game but one that keeps coming to mind is if we had beat Bama in 2017 when we had them on the ropes I would gladly take a loss in the bowl game after Mullen left town. I really wanted that one.

    Ring chasing - they just added an all NBA guy in the prime of his career, have an elite center if healthy (enormous if), and young stud guards. He fills in at a position of need. He can pick and choose his spots to contribute and facilitate. Seems like they will be a contender next year

    The Ashley Cooper contingent finally gets the chance to speak. I’ve probably blown him way out of proportion as I was a kid during his time but it seemed like he was rocketing around the end into the backfield at least once a series. No idea if he was any good in coverage

    They are going to defend at an elite level with Bam, Davion Mitchell, Wiggins, and Giannis. Not sure who is going to shoot the ball though? Prob a good year to have some Norm Powell stock - he’s going to get to shoot it

    Society needs fewer echo chambers. Would love to see respectful dialogue from differing perspectives that allows for nuance and even a place for those pesky fence-sitters to weigh in. Assuming most on here are educated adults - maybe we start acting like it.

    I've about decided

    Always have a few Cherokee purple plants - seems like the gold standard. A few other varieties that I’ve found to be really good are green zebra and chefs choice orange. Also for those that like cherry tomatoes take a look at isis candy and sweet million.

    My comment about new beat writer and your replies has me wondering:

    The Week in print. Editorial section probably leans left but it aggregates coverage from different sources in presenting major stories. Seems to do a good job of giving the facts and then showing how stories were covered from different outlets/perspectives.
