*****Ohio St vs Iowa Game Thread*****

I don’t think many on here are surprised. You always hope your team is going to step up, and it’s always disappointing when you get boat raced. It’s Ohio State and they’re very good, but it sure doesn’t look like we belong in the playoffs. You need to be a top 10ish team to make it, and Iowa...

    Coaching Staff Next Year

I absolutely love Yianni, and think he would be a phenomenal addition to any staff. That being said, I believe we're looking for someone a bit heavier to round out the staff.

AJ going to be a Hawk?

Not that simple at Iowa. More likely to work at non power conference D1 schools or those in dire financial straits.

Iowa Had Three 7-Figure Wrestling Donors

I don’t come on here often anymore, but it doesn’t appear any inside info is posted. A fairly significant thing that happened before NCAAs still hasn’t made it to the masses. It’s probably for the better.

What Did You Expect? - NCAA Team Performance Relative to Expectations

Looking at it this way makes almost zero sense for Iowa. Endene left the team after 12/15, lol. He was ranked 3rd on 12/15. Angelo was ranked 1st on 12/15, and defaulted to 6th while injured as hell. Do you people have any critical thinking skills?

    KF best 8-4 team?

I was at the Pitt game with my dad. I believe we out gained them by 100+ yards and were +2 in TO margin. It was a pretty fluky loss

    KF best 8-4 team?

2008. I’d put this team in the conversation for second on that list.

Kasak to RS / PJ Duke to go at 157

Can someone explain the thought behind redshirting Davis? Is he going to try and bulk to 149? Blaze taking an Olympic shirt? I struggle to see him beating out any of Lilledahl, Ono, or Blaze. Almost feels like a waste of time to shirt him. Let him compete with Nagao for 141.

    Congrats ADS

He’s held accountable every single day. It’s almost embarrassing that Medlin is trying to make an issue of something so trivial, and doesn’t understand that you just don’t cure Austin’s condition with accountability.
