I guess I just think it’s a stupid rule. Either allow the player to make contact (non egregious of course) or don’t allow the defender to make that much contact on an offensive player.
Someone explain how a defender can cross check you while you’re shooting the ball but you aren’t allowed to make contact with your elbow on them?
Its almost physically impossible for that to not happen.
