We just started in June and have been pleased with the progress. We did have a family this past weekend that stole a few items and trashed the place. Hopefully, those are few and far between.
We require a two night booking at our house for football weekends. Had someone who wanted Saturday and Sunday night. So, we’ve dropped the rate 20% for Friday night ($260) and are allowing just the Friday night booking. See link below if interested...

I agree with other posters. Stay somewhere other than College Station. I went in 2013 and was extremely underwhelmed. Unless your diet thrives on fried chicken and hamburgers you will quickly tire of the food. It's an odd experience, not one I'm sure I'll repeat.
