    You are 100% correct. Huge credit to parents that put their personal feelings aside to do what is best for you their children. Sometimes we miss that point.

    It’s not mute, it’s moot. And it isn’t moot. He wouldn’t send his daughters there if he didn’t think it was a very good education. He had numerous options for his daughters, and chose Marist.

    Marist had 5 qualifiers, up from 2 a year ago. Our 182 lb, Nowling, started wrestling as a freshman. Great football player and sprinter.     So which 2019 names are schools missing out on?

    Mike Markett Marist. Passed for 2000 yards and ran for 1000 yards. Junior year stats just a shade under those. Led a team with undersized lines to the semifinals. Even punted in the playoffs. Only thing keeping him from D1 is being only 6’. Great football player who I feel could overcome that.

    We’ve had Mishawaka from IN the last two years. They went to the IN semifinals. Not sure if we have them next year.
