    Which has not even been open 24 hours. Last count I saw was 2,901 out of 5,607 players. No matter how crazy you think it is, it keeps getting crazier. Over half is completely beyond absurd.

    It's probably not a coincidence that Cignetti and May both took over absolutely terrible teams and both won a title in their second season after building the team largely from the portal. No doubt this is every team's blueprint.

    The number is sure to go up and surpass over half of the top 50 from the 2025 class transferring after a single season. You seriously have to wonder what the future is of high school recruiting when a coach knows he/she has maybe a 50/50 shot of retaining that player past 1 season.
