    There’s no legal gray area. The dad was on private property and asked permission from the owner/agent to enter into an area, with said permission being granted. This is simple.

    I don’t understand the question. There were SEC teams that were eliminated by non-SEC teams, so no. Also, when you have a 16 team league, it becomes harder to avoid intra-league super matchups.

    Laugh all you want, I don’t blame you. But this particular game was just straight bad luck. Seth Smith pulled his hamstring and ended up at 3rd on a play he would’ve easily scored on. No run scored, and we lost our lead off hitter and shortstop.

    No, that’s not what I meant at all. I believed our host profile was objectively better, and the committee agreed. I also always thought State was a safe host at somewhere between 12-14. If State and USM played a 3 game series, I’m not sure who would win. Maybe 60/40 State.
