  • Good evening Chris! I am needing to update my credit card on account, however, when I go to manage subscriptions it keeps saying I do not have any subscriptions through on3. I can't find how to update my information and afraid next payment will decline due to card being deactivated due to fraud.

    When you are on the message board, click on your User Icon near the top right of the screen. A dropdown menu will pop up, and you can select SETTINGS. On the Settings screen, you will see the "Settings" header, and underneath that are links for 'Profile', 'Subscriptions' and 'Transactions'.

    If you click on 'Subscriptions' or 'Transactions', I believe there is a link to change your payment method.
