Tyler has announced he’s testing the waters and has signed with an agent. Trust me he is gone

Unless he has terrible workouts, he is more than likely gone. He is sitting around the 20 mark on most mock drafts. He would have to drop out of the first round in my opinion to possibly come back.

He said he's gone if he's a high draft pick....... only time will tell . here in a couple of week once the teams look at more foreign players... might push Herro down several spots and he'll come back.

hes gone guys. ncaaky is spot on. keldon and tyler will both keep their names in the draft. if cal doesn't land rj Hampton cal will roll with Hagans, maxey, quickly and baker. is what it is. hope I'm wrong but 99.9 % sure I'm not. I can see cal adding 2 more.

I think he is most likely going as well, however, a lot depends on the workouts of those that have declared. If others do well and raise their stock, plus Tyler doesn't do well, he could move back 7-8 spots and that puts him in the fringe area. I guess we'll see.

That's a brilliant summary, not counting the part that's half-assed guesses and the part that's contradictory and the part that is clearly wrong.

Also I dont believe these guys are playing the fans like this. If they knew they were gone 100% they'd not worded the possibility to come back like that.

Yes we expected both to be gone and even without them we are 2-4 in all preseason rankings so far. UK is damn loaded thanks to Hagans coming back and Cal not being done recruiting . I agree if Cal was done AND Hagans didnt come back we wouldn't be a top 10 team but we got the kid we needed and could get back - Hagans and now Cal needs to close on 1 more big and our class is done. We are loaded at the 1-3 spots ( especially the 3 spot ) and have 2 good centers but we need 1 more pf to go with Sestina .

LOL, You have no idea how the team will look come next year. Have some common sense about things.
LOL I have plenty of common sense. We pretty much know what the team is going to look like next year with Herro back or gone. It would be nice to have KJ back but we have plenty of players that can fill in for that position. We don’t have a Herro on next year’s squad. Maxey, Herro, and Quickley would be a lethal offensive three guard lineup.

Says if he's a high draft pick, he will stay, but if the evaluations say he needs to elevate his game, he will gladly come back.

Still a decent chance he comes back.

It's the smart thing to do. The rules in place allow you to make these moves and still have the chance to return if don't find out the NBA thinks you are ready. I do not blame him at all. Of course I would want him back, but this is an avenue for him to find out. Why shouldn't he take it?
The same thing for KJ. This is what these kids should do.

Thank you glass half empty.
You’re welcome. I’m a realist. Get your head out of the sand. Herro is the type of player we have to start getting back if you want to start making Final Fours consistently again. By his announcement, I assume he’s gone. He’ll be a first round pick and I think that’s high enough for him.
