As long as my alma mater isn't involved in covering up systematic sexual abuse, and/or underage prostitution, and/or academic fraud, I'm not going to be too upset on an ethical level. I'd love for them to be squeaky clean, but that ain't the truth.

The play wasn't really run the way it was intended, but thankfully #15 and #23 have been playing together for the last 6 years so they just "know" each other. High level game for a 1st round District game. The team we beat is really good.

Man, I'm not sure how that armed security guard who waited outside while the shooting was happening is going to go on with the rest of his life. Living with that magnitude of cowardice seems like it would be difficult. I'm assuming he'll just off himself at some point if/when he gets the stones to do it.

On a day when Chevy Chase got kicked in the shoulder, I can't believe we're talking about loans and dinners to Outback.

Was with Bernie and Herrrrmmmmmmm (RIP) when Tubby called that play for Sheray. Lots of pleasant language after that one.

"I knew (Sheray) would come open," Smith said. "They were looking for Randolph (Morris). Patrick (Sparks) was wide open but we didn't get the ball to him soon (enough). Sheray was having a good day.”

9 points on 4/8. Good day!

KENTUCKY HEAD COACH TUBBY SMITH

On the last possession ... "They were looking for Randolph (Morris). Patrick (Sparks) was wide open. We just have to get it to him sooner. Sheray (Thomas) is one of our better free throw shooters. I figured we would get it inside and get it up on the boards right away. We took too long to get into it. We have to sprint down the court and get into it right away. It was a two-point game. We tried to tie it right there. We are trying to get a score, a quick score."

G Patrick Sparks

On his role in Kentucky's last play..."The play was for me to set a back screen for one of the big guys to get it at the bucket. We were only down two, so we ran a play to get a bucket inside. Unfortunately we didn't make it."

I forgot what a whiny little b*tch Stansbury was.
I mean, how many games against Kentucky did he have complete meltdowns during? That, the John Wall lane violation... the game with Brandon Knight where his tech's before halftime basically erased the lead they had (I don't even remember what he was mad about).

And those are the ones that are just living in my head.
