Not sure I'm going to be able to watch this next episode of this is us when jack dies in a burning building with my wife in hysterics. Might have to put my wife in therapy. She cried for 5 minutes at the preview of it, fml.

I might be the rare female on the planet that isn’t in love with This Is Us.

I admit that at first I loved it. It is well written, well acted, heartwarming etc, but for a while now, it is getting on my nerves. I hate the format. Flashbacks are great for explaining background for current situations or motivations, but at some point they just water down the emotion of the story.

We know Jack is going to die by burning up in the house. I sure won’t cry or even feel emotional about it. It is anticlimactic because I am prepared for it. That is the theme of the whole show for me. Anticlimactic.

Have a hard time seeing Vanderbilt going pro with that shot.

Same with Richards overall. Bigs just aren’t at a premium like they used to be.

Jesus, Dakich pulled a Spears on a guy and tweeted his employer for saying something mean to him.

There isn’t a chance in hell Jim Thome wasn’t juicing. Dude wasn’t much smaller than McGwire.

You really need to stick to admiring yourself, because your sports ignorance knows no bounds. Thome was just a big old strong guy who knew how to hit for power. And I guess Jr was juicing too....

The look of a roid'er...

-Whoever described Dakich's rant as "uncomfortable" nailed it. It was fun for about 1 minute until he started going personal on everyone who tweeted him.

-I like what I see of the Montgomery kid from his clips. A big who knows he's a big. Actually has some post moves and doesn't fancy himself as a wing. If one of our big leaves, could easily see him being a nice option if Wiseman chooses to stay in 2019.

-Everyone's gonna hate Tyler Herro but us, and it will be delicious.

-A few weeks behind on "This Is Us", so thanks a lot for spoiling that Jack dies, gang.

-Allen Edwards being the head coach at Wyoming will never not be weird to me.

This guy isn’t real, right? Cole is an online personality I’m hoping. You know ZERO about steroids if you think they have a “look”. Juicers can be fat, skinny, jacked, normal, etc. it depends on what you’re trying to do with them. Hell, you could be a runner that’s just trying to recover more quickly.

HGH, now those people have a look but roids? No. Drop this argument, go put on some argyle and then go touch yourself.

I think Richards will actually be a capable shooter in time. He has decent fundamentals and a surprisingly good FT stroke for an 18 year old 7 foot monster who's relatively new to basketball. Shooting 74% from the line, and makes 2 in a row at as high of a clip as about anyone our team outside of Shai, it seems.

Dakich is terrible, but at least he didn't call the guy's office and scold him for making fun of Jennifer Lawrence on the internet four years ago and demand an apology and then after the guy hung up on him call the guy's secretary and harass her for 5 minutes and then when she hung up on him call the employer's main number and berate the receptionist for working at a place that employs someone who does such awful things.

...if you're needing someone new to hate. It's Rhein not Ryan.

@bdavistwo (the Caddy) fighting back a little on Twitter too, good stuff. No doubt he emerges out of this in a better situation.

Good God, there are Louisville fans arguing with Eric Crawford that the Katina Powell stuff didn't happen. Not when it first came out, not six months ago... Today. They think it didn't happen. How would that be possible? Confirmation bias is a hell of a drug.

-Almost had to block CClark, which would have been sad b/c I like him. The guy was going on 48 hours without responding to a GChat, which is clearly unacceptable. Luckily, he chimed in while ago...I'd decided very generously to extend him til midnight tonight. One of my main things - if you're fortunate enough to have me reach out to you about something you damn well better respond, and in a timely manner.

-Little secretary brought in a box of Teddy Grahams (chocolate), helped myself to a handful. Bet it's been 30 years. 6/10, guess it's a kid thing.

-Valvano cusses more than any radio host I can recall. Damn & Hell mostly, which have always seemed like softer cusses & acceptable in small doses on the public airwaves...but he drops one in about every other sentence. Always gotten a kick out of that.

-That JT song 'Filthy' is funky imo.

-Rare mid-week date night tonight. Seinfeld @ The Palace, and a couple new (for us) stops around town beforehand. Probably leave around 2:30 today SAE to enjoy the weather and walk a few holes first.

-Love Lonnie Walker's game, despite him looking like that volleyball Wilson. Dude has a game & stroke built for today's NBA.

-On a Mike McDonald kick lately myself - only problem is it always makes me think of Richie crooning for some reason...must have been a boat day or something idk. 'What a Fool Believes' remains one of my favorite jams of all time in any genre.
