Who's going?

I will be going to a concert at the Ryman Friday night, but I'm staying Saturday and hoping to get some tickets for the Saturday game. Any advice on the tickets...i.e., how much will they be going for, how hard will they be to get, etc... OR does anybody need to get rid of 2 :)

If all else fails, at least I will be able to sit in a drinking establishment with fellow Wildcat fans.

Go Big Blue!

I'm heading up Wednesday morning and will be headed to some Honky Tonkin on Broadway. Hoping Cats are there for the championship game on Sunday so I can spend most of the week in Nashville, fun city to be in.

Don't have a ticket but I'll be heading down Saturday to cruise Broadway and hang out with a few thousand of my closest friends, eat and watch the game from the restaurant/pub.

Not a big drinker. Where would be a good place to go to watch the game in Nashville?

I got my tickets from UK and ended up in the 300 level. That's what I get for having season tickets for men's and women's basketball as well as football. Guess UK doesn't get very good seats from the SEC???? But, that place has a good view from most anywhere so I'll be fine, long as the Cats are still there on Sunday.

I live just outside of Nashville and will be there, this is my 3rd Year in a row! We found our tickets on a ticket site. We paid about $75 over face for the entire book! It's always great to be with the BBN!

Isn't the easiest way to get tickets is to wait for a game to end and catch the losing team's fans and buy the tickets from them? Probably get them for less than face value with the fans just trying to get some of their money back.

That's sort of what my plan is... Can you not buy tickets at the arena for just one game? Figuring on buying from a scalper unless I can get from a fan of a losing team.

Good advice from JoeBeeHall on NOT wearing UK gear. Maybe w'all run into each other...I look like the guy my avatar.

Also you can't leave and return during a session . I.E. Lets say team X plays team Y opening game team Y loses.Team Y fans can't go out and resell the ticket to next game. NO READMITTANCE .

The Vanderbilt library if you want no drinking .
GOD! Your funny. I mean't that I didn't want to go to some broken down dive bar. A restaurant would be nice. You can go ahead and drink yourself into a coma, Alcy. I would like to actually remember the game.

Plan on being there. Haven't been to a game in a long time...is the tournament still free of alcohol sales inside Bridgestone? Or do I remember them changing that over the summer?
