I've got nothing against his politics at all. I just disagree that people talking about it in here is that big of a deal. He just seems really shaken over it, for no reason.

F me for pointing out the obvious I guess.

You came after me. You want a fight- I'll give it to you. If you don't, then keep your F'ing mouth shut.

My point is pretty clear- politics has never been a part of GYERO. Keep it out.

-Not even political, but I don't think Trump makes it all 4 years. I mean, that's not commentary it's just an earnest prediction tbh.

-Wanted the Cards full strength tonight because I really enjoy the chokehold UVA has on them. I'll take it, for sure though.

-Threw my back out and can barely walk today. Slouched over. Short shuffling to get around. Dope.

-Had the furnace off and windows down yesterday. Sunlight pouring through the house. Damn, that was needed.

-Married women really drop the ball with their nighttime garments. Hooded sweatshirts. Oversized PJs. Flannel. Wool. It's whatever, apparently. They need to try harder and keep it sexy IMO.

-Hopefully we get back to how we played against UGA and with the quickness.

Is someone I have ignored talking about politics or is this all because 73 gave props to Gaga for not going political?

Was bored yesterday and watched one of Vitale's periscopes. He was back in Sarasota after the UNC vs ND game and was rambling while his wife drove him to dinner. With Musburger retiring it kind of hit me... Vitale's retirement has to be soon and it kind of made me sad. He's getting older and is a shadow of his former self even though the passion is still there.

Say what you want but that man did so much to promote the game in the 80's and 90's.

The father of Chanel Lewis, the 20-year-old man who was arrested this weekend for the August 2016 murder of Queens, New York, jogger Karina Vetrano, told reporters that he was “extremely surprised” by the charges.

According to the New York Post, Richard Lewis, a 70-year-old former school principal, called his son a good student and “a very humble kid” when he met with reporters on Sunday.

“Chanel would never have gone to do what they say he has done,” the father said. “He’s never had a fight in his 20 years.”

You named your son Chanel and you are shocked he became a murdering rapist? No fight in 20 years with the first name of Chanel? False.

Not one thing i've said isnt 100% true.

I'm not picking a fight with you. Lulz at "Keep your f'ing mouth shut"

Clearly yelling every single day for people to "KEEP IT OUT OF GYERO" isnt having much impact. Maybe political posts werent part of GYERO for a long time, but even if they are now- its apparently not going to stop because you say so.

- Hoots fries are underrated. Curly are the go to, but I'm not mad at the big dipper fries either.

- Wildcatadam talking **** to Cal's daughters on Twitter...stop being a tool.

- Waxed a cougar last night.

- Team Ruff laid an egg.

- Chitown at some point this week.

- Think we get Knox and Bamba.

Chad, we all know what this angst is really about...

Married life isn't going to be that bad. You can still do some of the things you used to do. You can still watch games...you just may have to fold laundry or do dishes while you do. You'll still get to hang out with friends, it'll just be her friends and you'll have to spend the whole night talking to their husbands. You can still enjoy a Miller Lite or two. But two's probably the limit. And you'll eventually grow to appreciate watching her shows with her. You won't even care that Duke/UNC is on at the same time. You'll eventually appreciate the time with her more than college basketball.

It's going to be just fine, big guy. You're going to make a great husband.

Got drunk two nights. Had a fun weekend despite Saturday night. Just am tired of a certain couple people insisting on posting political **** in here.

But I guess I'm the *******. That's fine. F all of you then. You really think I care?

If you want I'll just come in here every day bitching about that lunatic Trump. Let's just turn this place into Facebook.

You may be right. I don't think it will be because of scandal. I believe the more likely culprit will be boredom. Like when Forrest Gump quit running.

Jesus Christ- Trump's ruining America. It's embarrassing. Every day it's something else. Can't wait for WW3!

Thanks to all the rednecks, Jesusfreaks and dumbasses for voting this buffoon in.

*Pretty good weekend. Didn't do much, which is what made it solid.

*My wife realized why I told her I didn't like going out for UK games. It was an uncomfortable ride home and early Sunday. She's good now....until she gets mad years later and brings up why I dropped multiple "F" bombs and yelled at the waiter, "I guess all this **** is free" when he ignored us for 20 minutes towards the end of the game.

*Stayed in all day yesterday. Got a bunch of finger food for THE BIG GAME and relaxed. Nary a worry in the world.

I'm torn because I don't think gyero should be political, but I also think Chad might be overreacting. I'm liberal and I know most of gyero doesn't want to hear about that, so I mainly just ignore the politics unless I'm making fun of Doc because he's low-hanging fruit. (Wish he was around to hit that hanging curve I just grooved to him out of the park. )

That being said, I think Chad does make a really good point that shouldn't be overlooked when he says everyone in here should go f*** themselves. So there's that.

Fifteen years ago most of the posters in this thread were early 20's guys on their first job out of college or in grad school. Today it is mostly mid-late 30s professionals. People are going to talk about what they care about and the things that people care about at 36 are far different than what they cared about at 21. Peter Pan can get with the times or perhaps move on, because he is now the worst poster in this thread by a wide margin.

Chad, it's pretty clear the anger and bitching isn't working. Might I suggest dropping some Trump facts that highlight his ignorance, racism, stupidty, etc...every time you see a post which is (a) trolling you and (b) giving him a reach around.

For example just drop a...

(leader of the free world)....every now and then.

You might piss the offenders off enough to get people to stop posting about it.

Tbh, though, CoolCat pretty clearly posts **** just to troll you. It's really only 73 that posts about his Trump erection once or twice a day. And he does it with the same subtlety that he shows in his UofL fandom.

I'm not sure anyone else posts about it too much, really.

Anyone else attending the March for Science? Getting a crew together.
Question: Do Subarus get some type of bat signal that automatically directs them to these events or do you actually have to drive them there?

Think they get a hairy bush signal in the sky. I'm pretty sure the same company that makes that signal also makes the truck nuts signal for the Trump rallies.
