I'm watching my Titans choke against the Broncos so havent' watched first half. I see we are up 48-33, but reading the game thread you would think we were losing.

Holy crap we basically get anyone we want . I can't believe either of these posts are real. We get more great players then anyone including Duke. Just look at last year's class we got 4 lotto locks and one other 1st rounder. Duke got 2 lotto locks and 2 first rounders. Edge UK. Look at the class so far this year - again UK has the best class and will end most likely with Diallo/Bamba/Vanderbilt and a grad transfer.

We have unc coming up next. Play like this and we lose by double digits. That's why people are frustrated with our defense and rebounding
This is part of the learning process. Do you think these guys are just supposed to step on a college court and automatically know what to do and when to do it? There is a reason these teams look so much better in March than they do in December. Mistakes like this are corrected by March. I can't believe I have to explain this.

Put a damn premium on players that have skills and fundamentals, instead of projecting the future draft boards, regardless if it fits your roster needs. We never have conventional lineup anymore where players are all at their true positions. Its too much about getting all the McDonalds boys regardless if it fills your roster needs. Wouldn't hurt to have an actual offense either.

Really it was the fouls, both ways, it turned so ugly and said I was yelling when ANY foul was called. They cannot keep making the game ugly or they will have to see if "Speedy" Claxton has eligibility left. They were looking to murder players.
But to get back to the game I like how Hofstra has played D as it is making us work. Valpo would beat them by 20 but they match up better with us then Valpo so the game is a little closer. Still we shot really well and held them to a bad % so there is little to complain about beyond defensive boards though those picked up when Mulder came in . Briscoe has been a beast per usual.
