Well, that was a weird column. I kept waiting for the pivot, the "but....." He never got there. The whole piece was about how this is no big deal, and uk shouldn't be too happy. And obviously someone else wrote the heading - Kentucky Looks Powerful Already. It doesn't match the column....

The ending:

This game was never in question, and while normally a 21-point victory over an Izzo-coached team would be cause for celebration, that shouldn't be the case after this one.

Does Goodman post on here?

Seriously though, what a weak article. You don't luck into SEVEN three pointers. You don't luck into those finishes at the rim. Get real, Goodman.

They call that heading and then that **** article "click bait". And we all fell for it.

"And while normally a 21-point victory over an Izzo-coached team would be cause for celebration, that shouldn't be the case after this one."

So...what? We should be upset that with a team full of freshmen playing their third college basketball game, we still beat a ranked team, coached by one of college basketball's elite by 21?

Sure, this UK team still has a lot they need to work on, but man, Goodman's not even trying with his UK fan trolling anymore.

In summary...Kentucky just throttled a Michigan State team that isn't very good, who also had to travel from Hawaii to New York, while the Wildcats had the good fortune of playing their first 2 games in Rupp Arena. No cause for celebration. The Wildcats still have lots of work to do.

Go to hell Goodman!

Besides doggin on Bam, I agree with the article. The MSU team we played tonight is not good. We do need some balance in scoring. And we didn't rebound well. But we have a ton of upside. I'm fine with this.

And to think all this bitterness/resentment towards us is because Calipari stuffed him in a locker (figuratively) years back... or was it because Cousins scared him half to death? I can't keep track of his petty grievances anymore.

This same MSU team that looked terrible tonight had Arizona (shorthanded but still a consensus top 20 team) pretty much beaten on a neutral floor before coughing it up late... they weren't even competitive tonight.

So what will mush mouth say if MSU beats, or comes close to beating, Duke?
He will definitely bring up Duke's injuries as an excuse.

I just read it on ESPN and had to comment on there

His UK hate isnt even trying to be hidden at all. It's just blatant and over the top. How the he'll can you do your job so poorly, when a journalist is supposed to be unbiased and have no repercussions?? Makes me sick

Congrats to the original fat head for making a career out of stealing money
