^I think that applies to long fingers not sausage fingers.

-Joshie, I don't hate the cubs. I hate Cubs fans. Despise them and their dumb excuses justifying their fanship. Pretty simple. And yes, I would have loved to be born into a family that loved a great franchise, like the Yankees or Cardinals. But my first sports memories are Reds and UK. That's what I got. Unfortunately.

Yup.

And I love Maddon and Chapman and Epstein and Schwarber and Rizzo and Lester. Fun team to watch play baseball, and Wrigley is amazing.

Won't change the fact that most Cubbies fans are bandwagon jumping DBs, though.

Rex is a good person, you guys.

I don't know- I guess I just don't take Twitter as seriously as some of you nerds. The guy had a problem and I hope that he's better. That's pretty much my take with everyone with a drug problem- I hope they all get better. I'm just not the hardass some of you are.

Funny take, though!

I also hate that 2 of my favorite Red's fans are like, "oh it would cool if the Cubs one because I have a few friends and it's a neat venue."

WCC and PTI -> I wish I could send you a bag of pumps. Traitor bitches.

Trust me- I get it.

So, if Rex was subjected to racism at UK while dating a black girl, the way he can endear himself to fans is to refuse to admit it ever happened??

Not sure how you can criticize the guy for speaking his mind and telling the truth. That's ridiculous. The Cal to the NBA stuff.....meh.

<-- team Rex. There's literally never been a white guy like him since (not just at UK, but anywhere), and we're going on 30 years. I'll forgive him. He's too much of a badass not to.

As a native Louisvillian with no diehard allegiance to a major league baseball team, I honestly don't understand the hate here. Like, you guys are seriously angry about some random dudes in the region who happen to be Cubs fans enjoying a World Series? Really?

I guess what I am asking is who gives a flying F? Some of you act like this is 1951 between the Dodgers and Giants. It's 2016. And we're all middle-American hillbillies. I think it's fine to be a Cubs fan.

PTI: DON'T READ THIS.

(Hey everybody start saying how much you love Rex and how awesome he is and how stupid it was than anybody ever got mad at him for anything, and then PTI will start calling him an overrated race-traitor who was more of a streak shooter than a pure shooter and he was suspect defensively and he's always hated Rex.)

OK, PTI YOU CAN START READING AGAIN.

I love the irony of non-Cincinnati native Reds fans calling out non-Chicago native Cubs fans. Next time the Reds are in the World Series ([laughing]), I'm giving hell to ANY Reds fan not born within about 10 miles of Cincinnati.

And Rex can get pumped to perpetuity.

I hope Rex is doing well. I do think it's odd that a job as important as that one that a lot of really talented people would probably want was handed to someone without a lot of experience who has held it together for about a year now. There's a difference between wanting the best for someone and betting on them.

Rex used to call some NBA playoff games with John Thompson and Dick Stockton back in the day. It was an awesome crew, i thoroughly enjoyed those games.

It's about geographical footprint with MLB teams that have been around since the 1800s.

It's pretty easy to determine true fans and bandwagonners. It may sound silly to some, but it shouldn't to true sports fans. I admit I take it a little too seriously.

* What an exhilarating win that was on Sat night. Felt a rush from UK football that I haven't felt in a long time. Such a range of emotions for 4 plus hours and especially the last few minutes.

My referee redass o'meter may have reached a all time high after the non horse collar on Johnson. If that's one of the SEC powers they get that call.

This team in year 4 is starting to take on the personality of its head coach. Physical and tough. Run the ball between the tackles. Love how they kept fighting all night through adversity. Say what you want but this group is fighting their *** off for their coach.

Really like Johnson. He obviously has his flaws but he never gets too high or too low. Stays the course and his teammates seem to really enjoy playing for him. That td throw to Badet was money.

* What about Moe Williams and Lamar Thomas never taking off their black shades all night on the sidelines? Backwards hat is no longer the deal. Gotta have former NFL players on your staff rocking shades on at night.

* Beat Missouri. Just win, CATS.

Having agonized through that NC loss to UConn in person knowing full well Rex had put that distraction out there on purpose right before the game, dude can GGF'd.

An old man comes in my office every 2 weeks selling homemade peanut brittle for his church. Peanut brittle has never been a favorite, but this stuff is unreal.

Rooting for the Cubs because I have family in the Chicagoland area. My bro-in-law who passed last year was a big fan, and I took him to Wrigley when I was 19 in my first car. I bought the tickets, and he bought the beer. Beat the Mets and Darryl Strawberry (who homered) that day. Mets turned a triple play. Great day.

So Tatum the small forward is counted towards Duke's back court so it can be ranked #1 despite not having a point guard? Talent lifts Duke to #1 despite noted flaws but the super talented UK back court is pushed down because they may or may not be able to to hit perimeter shots? Someone seriously needs to call Dauster out on this.

Dauster's been a turd all year about Duke. Claims they're more talented than '15 Kentucky. [roll] F him. I'm about done.

So now the UK line is moving up to +4½ and +5?

Goodness. I'm missing something. While it's entirely possible that we **** the bed, Mizzou has the 109th ranked defense in the country and they seem to be getting worse.

Oh well. Same thing happened to the UK/MSU line. Keep moving up, I guess.

Iphone 7 arrived in the mail last night, on my 2 year upgrade schedule -- mainly just looking forward to a battery that lasts > 3 hours, thing was toast.

Other than that, pretty much hate getting a new phone, at least during the adjustment period. Thing seems pretty slick, but doubt I'll get any more "use" out of it than any previous phone. Text, Email, Social Media, Catpaw, Camera -- that'll about do it.

Can't wait to buy all new headphones, aux cords, and whatever special **** I need now that it doesn't have a headphone jack. [eyeroll]

(just blocked Joey so I don't have to read his responses)
Yeah right.

I view the smartphone as a camera that happens to make phone calls and am still rocking a 6s Plus.

I've only accidentally turned my thermostat way up three or four times in HomeKit so far, so that's been pretty cool as well.

I dont hate BRax, I just didnt really want photo's of me on the internet in a forum where who knows what kind of comments are being made, during a time when i was dealing with multiple work related federal lawsuits.

Yes I have spent most of my adult life way more stressed than any one person should. Probably shouldve chosen a different line of work.

Creighton and NC State having a better backcourt than the Cats?

I would not have guessed Raffy at number 3.

I'm not swapping our backcourt for anyone. If that makes me a homer, so be it. By February, it's going to be a circling pack of junkyard dogs on both ends of the court.
