I think high motor and energy is contagious, and we have a lot of high motor, high energy guys that will likely be in our starting lineup next year. Most specifically, Bam and Wenyen.

Respetfully sir Bolden is no Demarcus Cousins. Cousins couldn't stop fouling his freshmen year and stay on the court. But he had an utterly dominating post game when he played.

This is easily the most athletic class any team has brought in sense the Fab Five. Bolden gives them the back to the basket guy.

I wouldn't put the Fab 5 is the same class as UK's 2016 class in terms of athleticism and it's not even close. Ray Jackson and Juwan Howard were average at best athletically; Rose, King, and Webber were athletic freaks. Monk, Fox, Bam, Killeya-Jones, and Gabriel is the most athletic class I've seen. From a skilled standpoint, Fab 5 might have the advantage.

If we get Bolden, he likely starts. Regardless, these seven will get starter minutes (20+mpg) assuming Briscoe is back:

Briscoe
Fox
Monk
Gabriel
Willis
Adebayo
Bolden

Hawkins and Matthews battle for the leftover minutes at guard.

Killeya-Jones and Humphries battle for the leftover minutes inside.

We will be incredibly deep and talented at guard and inside.

The only concern on paper is shooting. I think Fox, Monk, and Willis will be able to make enough jumpers to keep defenses from sagging too much.

I hope we aren't getting prematurely excited about Bolden, but adding him would be huge for this team.
