Salt water tanks are a giant pain in the *** to maintain. No thanks.

What kind of crazy ***** shoots a cat in the head with an arrow and then posts it on facebook? A veterinarian in Texas.

Ate at Coba a few times. Nothing about that place ever made sense to me. Food was decent, but nothing special.

Mexican and Chinese places are tough to do high end because the cheap alternatives are so damn good.

A place like Nada is really good, but put it out on a strip mall and I'm not sure even that joint makes it. Which is probably why they put it in a downtown spot next to hotels and young professionals that are looking for margs.

If i could have one closed Lexington restaurant back, give me Nagasaki all air. Best salad dressing ever. They did the spicy tuna handroll the right way, with big slice of tuna, spicy sauce and avocado, not some pureed crap.

That mexican place on Richmond Road back in 98(?) where Applebee's is now that decided it was a great business decision to give away all their tacos one day each week.

That was Rio Bravo, I worked there then. Place was dope, in the summer the back patio was the happening spot on Weds night.

They had a contest to win an old VW bug convertible. These 4 weirdos had to live in that thing for like a month, last one got the car. It was very strange.

It was the same orange ginger/sesame oil dressing that you get at every Japanese/Sushi restaurant, which is always delicious. I lived right beside the damn place for 3 years.

-The best Mexican in the city is in the upstairs of a crappy strip mall. Rent is probably $800 per month. Not telling how much they sank into that sucker trying to keep it afloat, hired Jonathan, put in a gelato stand(in a Mexican restaurant). You want to do upscale Mexican, fine, but you can't do it in a shady parking lot with no foot traffic. Also, the food needs to kick *** which was the real issue. Like everyone said, it was just good. Pass it every single day and only ate there once. Should make a nice Mosque or Temple.

-Think the hammy is finally starting to get a little better. What a crappy nagging injury.

-I typically wait until mid-late summer to jump in on BBall recruiting. Things change too much right now.

-I'm more in line with UCL. That's a moving target in the gray area over in UNC. Obviously the worst corruption in the history of the world but with them it's the tarnish and years of embarrassment that will be the best. Plus the recruiting damage has been immense. So much it will be interesting to see if Roy can actually right that ship.

-Kind of feeling a rainy day mood coming on. Wouldn't mind a few thunderstorms. Don't want them to stick around but a nice little thunderstorm is underrated.

-Chad, you get the Vitality stuff worked out? Main thing is going in and setting easy goals as your first to do. After that you're good.

-Sunny Evansville tomorrow. Yippee.

No, it was not orange. It was thin and tan. And it was perfect.

Dudley's needs to hire Jonathan back now. If he hadn't already moved on. The food there last weekend had taken a step back.

If you are in Evansville and do not eat Roca Bar pizza, you are doing it wrong. Key is you have to eat at the one on Kentucky Ave, the original, hole in the wall pizza bar. Been there for over 60 years. Thin crust, all fresh ingredients. Order the Round the World, and the salad. That salad is probably the best salad anywhere.

Probably not.

Rincon has been there at least 25 years

Love UCL's Matthew Mitchell impersonations

My tenant that texted me pictures of her disgusting ******, to get out of her lease, was on wdrb last night. Arrested for showing her ****** to people in public, then spitting on the police when she was arrested. Tinisha Hinkle is her name if anyone is looking for a good time.

Will someone please acknowledge cricket knowing something about Coba?

-Never went to Coba. Figured I'd wait and see if it could last past the 3 year threshold. Almost, but not quite.

-It MIGHT be inconsequential that the ANOA against UNC doesn't specify FB and MBB. That was the entire point of the extension, so UNC could throw WBB and soccer under the bus. Now there are so many sports involved, so the NCAA is making a blanket allegation instead of naming them individually.

Plus, you know UNC's attorneys and PR firm tried to negotiate any mention of FB and MBB out of the document. So a lot of what we're hearing could be their spin.

/I hope.

Actually, I have never let myself have high hopes for anything happening. I do know one thing: the media are notorious for botching things in translation / interpretation, whenever they report on a legal document / process.

We'll see.

Plus, didn't they charge for chips and salsa? That's wack.

TIFWIW but we stopped going there for that very reason. I could handle the overpriced drinks, outrageous décor, and setup w/ the cute jellyfish... but start charging me for chips/salsa? GGP, Coba. Lundy coming on board didn't help them one iota and possibly hurt them with their original base clientele (like me), IMO. Brisket nachos RIP.
