Maybe this has been a thread before so I apologize in advance but it's the off season soooooooo

Explain why you chose what you did for your picture!

Two seasons ago, after the Kentucky Georgia game I went to eat at Canes on campus before heading to a party on Park Avenue...

I saw Tyler Ulis and his Parents eating at Canes... I waited around a little bit after I was finished and respected their meal, I let them eat in peace...

So after they were done, as they were getting ready to leave, I asked for a photo and Tyler's dad gladly took it... I chatted with them briefly and Tyler and his family were awesome and generous people! They were super nice and the whole experience was fantastic

I could not pass up the opportunity to take a photo with a UK legend, and a top 5 PG to ever wear a Kentucky Jersey!!

The only downside to that photo is y'all now know how short I am haha... I'm 5"7 on a good day!

Anyway that's my story, so what's yours?

Chuck Hayes, admired the heart and passion he played with. Truly represented Kentucky well for 4 seasons. One of my all-time favorite Wildcats!

Remo Williams, The Destroyer and Chiun the Master of Sinanju. That books series gave me many of hours of "down time" entertainment underway and not-on duty :)

There are over 150 books in the original series and now there is a spinoff. Good fun guy reading.
The movie in the 80s was pretty campy... But, supposedly there is a big budget movie in the plans. Yay!

I think this country could definitely use CURE these days.

Mine is the UK coaching staff from 1959. It was from an old SI article. Two of them went on to win NFL championships. Blanton Collier and Don Shula (yes, that Don Shula). Actually, five of them went on to become NFL head coaches. And Howard Schnellenberger won a Nc at Miami.

The upshot of the article was, "fired anybody else lately, Kentucky".

Simple choice, loved picture since I first saw it. Been BLUE all my life, my whole family bleeds UK blue, always has, always will! Mom and dad were born and raised a long time ago in Whitley County, Kentucky and they raised their six kids right even though we all grew up in SW Ohio......
