I feel sorry for wasting my tax money on your education.
Well, unlike anything in your life, I've actually earned it.

That's what I did, just got a terrible rep, didn't even get a month of prime added on which I though was standard.
I deliver one liners directed at you and receive a paragraph in response almost every time. Now, who is in who's head here? You are a terrible poster who thinks he's a great poster meaning you are the worst kind of poster. Ever. At least chief owns his terribleness.
[eyeroll] How many strokes do I have to give him...15?
Always the first full week of August. I would love to see the group make it back, it's just difficult for me to do as much hosting as I once could...hell, it's all I can do to navigate the waters on childcare to free up myself and the lass for the weekend.Speaking....what's up with the Eli? Still a thing? Anyone going this year? Awesome time both years down.
I haven't insinuated he's unethical in my posts
So, I really have no clue about country club culture. Your folks used to just take you kids up there and you'd swim all day? Is that about right? What else goes on for families?
Met up with some people at Idle Hour Saturday night, shew that place is nice. Not sure I'd fork out the initiation fee, but that's a nice club.
* Heading down to good ol' Benton in a few weeks to take my Dad fishing for a couple of days. Pretty excited about that.
Rolling Hills CC here. Couldn't ride the bike there though. How many in GYERO ran around country clubs as a kid? I thought they were just a movie trope when I was little.
Even if you have a gazillion dollars in the bank, you aren't getting into IH unless you are the top doc in your field in the state, or on your knees w/ the board members on a regular basis. Being able to pay their ridic initiation fee isn't their worry....it is status, status, status. There is a reason they are the most exclusive and racist CC in the state, despite the Bowie membership.
