Like you told everyone that Ulis was a lock to return?

Like I told everyone Murray was ours and no way he went to Oregon even when EVERY other poster and recruiting "expert" said Oregon. But as for Ulis. I mean man he ain't gone yet. Most likely but not yet. I just didn't see it. I thought he was the kind of kid who'd want to come back and win a championship.

Man if that happens I'll be the first to admit I was wrong. But I just don't see it happening. I get like gut feelings about certain things, and my instinct says he'll be a cat.
I sincerely hope you are Right. Where I come from, momma gets what she wants even if she is wrong, usually.

OK like I have said over and freaking over. We WILL get Bolden. I mean if HE wants UK HE will pick UK. He ain't gonna listen to his mom on something like this. I mean come on. BUT. If we're talking about another scenario. Remember last year when Malik Newman decided to be retarded and we got J-Dawg to reclassify? Uh yeah well. Don't y'all think that we'd kinda do the same s*** again. But this time with a big man. Deandre Ayton anyone?

Gimme a break. You're getting to be exhausting. You talk like you know something but you're just spitting wishful thinking out as fact. I'm not sweating it because I think Cal will find someone if we miss on Bolden. But I'm not going around calling people dumb for not thinking we're getting Bolden.

Ayton? You are delusional if you think he will be at UK next year.

Just because I feel we will get Bolden and Briscoe and Lee will come back. First up Briscoe will be back and Lee most likely will, but even if he goes, its not a big deal. 2nd up. Bolden WANTS TO COME HERE. He's not gonna let momma decide where he plays in college. But tell me this? Who the **** are you bruh? Calling me dumb each and every day? I'm a hardcore fan dude. I'd take a bullet to the leg if it meant us getting Bolden. Or I would let somebody break my leg if it meant us getting Bolden. We have to get him so failure isn't an option. You shouldn't just accept some BS man. People like you are all like "Oh yeah rats we didn't get him" I'm like go take a baseball bat to a tree pissed off when we miss out. But seriously though. We'll get Bolden. Mark it down cuz.

Ok, you're exhausting now.

Except we're gonna get him. I don't understand why all of a sudden people think he;s going to Dook. I mean that's just dumb. People don't really know s***. Last year nobody thought we'd get Murray. This year I told this poster who said Bam was a LOCK to NCST that Bam could change his mind and nothing was definite. Well. How'd that turn out. Nobody knows man. More than likely we'll get Bolden because he knows he'll get more minutes and start at the 5 here.

Youre just guessing bro. You're acting like you were right because you knew something. No, you just guessed.

So, what was your last scene name then? Cause Bam committed on November 17th but you didn't join until December 15th. If what you say is true and you posted about Bam, then it would've had to been with another scene name.

Can you say busted?

If this stuff about the mom is true it's just because she wants to brag to people that her son went to school at Duke. Status
Or she was impressed by Coach K's crying act. I'm sure that's gold for some moms. What better guy to help your son to become a man than a grown man crying in front of strangers?

Don't be naive and believe that mom is the only one who likes Duke. UK PR guys throw that out there so fans like you buy into the notion that "the only reason he went to Duke is because of his mom!" I'm sure you'll prove me right whenever he commits and you're disappointed posts about hi Duke pick in a couple of weeks. But hey, at least you have an excuse as to why UK didn't land him.
I don't know where he's going, but if he wants to be great at the next level, there's no reason at all that he should pick the rat's nest over UK. I mean who was the last difference maker in the NBA to come out of Duke? Grant Hill maybe?

Returning Briscoe has been the key all along.

I can live with a frontline that consists of one lottery pick (Bam), and three other future first rounders (Humphries, SKJ, Gabriel).

If we end up losing Lee and Skal and miss on Bolden we will have some holes. Fouls will become a huge issue. Gabriel will have to play the 4 more, Wynyard will have to be able to play, and Humphries will have to improve dramatically. Could be another year without a rim protector, unless SKJ steps up. Will be interesting to see how things play out. Hopefully Yurtseven somehow works out.

I think Lee comes back if Bolden goes to Duke. Part of his desire to explore other options no doubt extends from UK bringing in multiple lottery picks next year in the front court.

If Lee comes back:

C - Bam
F - Gabriel
G - Briscoe
G - Monk
G - Fox

The frontline will have Willis, Lee, SKJ, and Humphries in support. More than enough to make it happen next year.

SKJ and Gabriel have to hit the weights this summer.

We actually have a big team next year, but BAM is our only true strength down low. Maybe Humphries brings a big body, but he needs more muscle and work on his quickness.

Sorry, but I don't see a scenario where Willis doesn't start, but I agree that our back court will be Fox, Briscoe, and Monk. I see Willis and Bam starting in the front court.

My guess on the next 5 are Hawkins, Matthews, Gabriel, SKJ, and Humphries, w/ Wynyard and Mulder playing mop up minutes.

Gotta remember, despite being physically huge, these kids are KIDS. They're used to doing what their parents tell them & making them happy. So if Bolden's mama likes Ratface cuz he's a nice old man who runs the NCAA's golden child program, there's a good chance Marques will want to make mama happy.

Said Lee is looking for a resin to leave. Not unhappy per se, just kinda ready for something else.

I was ready for something else out of Marcus this year. Unfortunately, I didn't see it. That is why he will have to come back. You have to show more to get more, and getting more, for Marcus, is a contract. Needs to work this summer and show just a little offense. 6"9", thin, and no offense, doesn't really excite NBA GM's.

If education is so important, if I'm cal:
Ok son, let's look at Cousins, Davis, towns etc. I can put you in a position to do the same thing. Your second contract is way more important than your first! All my guys are getting max deals in their second contracts! You can do the same!

Oh btw, back to this education thing. Tell momma you can pay your way to Harvard, after you retire with no problem!

Bolden is not coming here.

We need some things to happen. Briscoe needs to return because we need a PG with some maturity after 2 great years of Ulis. We also need another good shooter and a solid big man, if possible.

There is going to be very good teams next season and we need to fill some roles to be one of those, IMO.

You should realize by now that this is a troll account. Was very good at first, but now its just obvious.

He was also asked who coach Mike was. He said he didn't want to get sued but that there was only one coach named Mike of the staff and to look it up. I'm not going to a ul site, so does anyone know?

An account that was started in Dec of 2015 told everyone that we would get a player that came 6 months before that? Slipping rehash.

Well let's see where do I start? Deng, Battier, Dunleavy, Redick, Hood, Parker, Okafor, Winslow
Kyrie and Jabari......but without a doubt no bigs
Hood, Okafor, Winslow, Deng, Rivers, Battier, Redick, Dunleavy, Boozer, Deng, Plumlee x2 are all or have been solid and have filled their respective roles.

No question that dUKe has put a lot of players in the league under coach K. During Cal's tenure at the winningest program in the history of collegiate athletics - no one - no one has developed better bigs in the league than UK.

Hell, it had two on the world championship team two summers ago and USA basketball petitioned FIBA as to whether or not KAT could be considered earlier this year instead of playing for the DR. That would have made THREE - on the greatest basketball team in the world - from UK alone before AD23's surgery.

NOBODY has better bigs in the league than UK right now. Dear lord...anyone wants to argue that it will be with a cap pistol...

The quote from Vitale last season "if you think anyone is going #1 in the draft besides Okafor - you need to have your head examined" speaks volumes about perceptions vs. reality...

Bolden probably ends up at dUKe. If so...channeling the great Al McGuire...UK had it before dUKe, through dUKe, and will have it after K is gone...

Are you really proud of that list? I am sure all these McDonald's all Americans were dreaming of just making it as roles players.
When are duke fans going to realize putting that puke uniform on just turns players into soft, entitled little bitches.
It's why very few pan out to what they were expected to be.

Didn't Matt say he wanted to go to UK Law School, but his mom liked Duke Law School?

No, Matt said he want to Duke law school because it's drastically better than UK's law school (nothing against UK). Just like med school, the law school you graduate from is FAR more important than the undergrad you went to when it comes to getting started in your career. Doesn't make him any less of a fan or a hypocrite, as you seem to be implying.

Lee will not improve if he stays @ UK for the next 5 years. He simply has not offensive talent & no basketball skills

Matt is told what people around the program want him to put out there. He thinks he gets some inside scoop but he just a pawn.
Seriously, his update this morning is that Bolden is leaning duke but he could still pick uk.
Are you fu**ing kidding me.
Great update.

If and it's a big IF SKJ can gain 10-15 pounds this summer he has all the moves and skill already to be a great post scorer. He just needs a man's body. Hit the weight room son early and often and drink your protein shakes!!!

I feel like Bolden is more icing on the cake than a need. Cal likes to load up on guys, but I think we are more than set with bigs. You've got Bam, SKJ, Isaac and Tai looking at sharing minutes at the 4 and 5 spots and Gabriel is big enough to play either position if needed. With the majority of the league moving to small ball, I don't think you need six bigs to win. Plus, I think in March I would rather have a confident and experienced Humphries playing big minutes over a freshman. As we saw in this year's tourney the young guys have more of a tendency to struggle at some point in March.

I said difference makers. Those guys you mention were rated just as high as UK guys coming out of high school, but now are nothing but journeymen in the NBA.
