***** OFFICIAL JMU vs #23 Kentucky Game Thead *****

[LineSkiCat14]

This shows me that Manhattan practically tying us for the 2nd half wasnt some fluke or taking the pedal of the gas.

No matter if we win by 30, this is concerning. JmI is 150 on Bart Torvik (kenpom is pay for now?!).. Manhattan is much worse.. you cant let these teams hang around or take leads 8 minutes in..

Hope its just growing pains.

[MidseasonTweak]

We didn't go on this run until I preemptively declared a loss.

Will you cry babies chill out.

Our lead guard got in foul trouble early. Our best shooter is cold.

In no universe should we be fighting for a win over JMU

James Madison is a dark horse final 4 pick.

[Cliffhanger82]

Story of the game right there: Clunk a 3 and then give up a layup.

Yep

[OldScratchBlues]

Tuesday should be a hoot.

[RunninRichie]

Kansas game gonna be over at halftime

[Catastic5]

Tuesday should be a hoot.

I’m dreading it.

[Johnny_Jeepers]

At least he made a defensive play and a 3. We needed that badly. Show some pride, he’s popping the jersey. I like it.

I thought he just **** his pants.

Are you pulling his leg or do you actually mean this?

[bbnkat02]

what was the line on this game?

[LineSkiCat14]

I do think JMI playing a very good Miami team, and losing, likely dinged their metrics, so I expect them to climb higher than 150.. but still.

[Cliffhanger82]

Stupid *** foul

[cornbreadnmilk]

Are you pulling his leg or do you actually mean this?

Just joking.

[katwest]

We had 3 guys there and he got his own rebound, unacceptable.

It isn’t the mid 90s anymore. It’s not the early 2010s either.

Y’all are going to have to get that through your thick blue skulls or life is going to be tough.

You're trolling.

Miami OHIO

Gonna be a different hero every night.

[BlueBloodKyFan72]

Obviously looking ahead to Kansas

[bbnkat02]

That was actually pretty.

One shining Madison moment from basket to shining basket.

Oh, he's being quite serious.

BING CHI LING AISU KULIMA

[PooPooPeePeePoo]

That wasn’t a foul on Wilkins the dude flopped like a damn fairy

[bpsteve1972]

58 (3pt) attempts combined both teams!

[megablue]

McBride acting like he just sealed a Game 7 lol.

He was JMU second-leading scorer at 15.3 last year. He's pumped !!

[*Fox2Monk*]

what was the line on this game?

23 1/2 someone said earlier

Miami OHIO

Yeah but they were pretty damn good last year. I imagine some of that is rolling over and they will be picked to finish top in their conference. Just trying to find a little optimism that this opponent maybe isnt terrible.. bleh lol

Tell that to UConn

Bright side...one day closer to Pope being thrown out on his A$$

[BluWildcatz]

I like how the commentator is repeating basic defensive basketball fundamentals to our team over and over again.

[*Fox2Monk*]

Good to see Kam back.

[The_Answer1313_rivals]

This is probably our best team since 2015.

Duke/Uconn is still rolling in the NIL era. What’s our excuse?

[MbergCat]

Heard the same thing during BCG.

Doesn't make it any less true. BCG had some good players, just couldn't do **** with them bc there was no depth around them. We have some solid players, just kind of a Hodge podge of a roster. Again. I want Pope gone, yesterday. But, I'm gonna at least try to embrace the kids who play their ***'s of for us.

[Beatle Bum]

Difference between saying he’s solid vs “one of the best guards in the country”, wouldn’t expect you to understand that.

We all know no one said that. Stop lying. Card fan.

[Johnny_Jeepers]

Alex Wilkins has the body of a freshman in high school

[BlueBloodKyFan72]

Get Kam and Hawthorne out
