Pope may worse at teaching perimeter defense than even Cal was late in his career. Why are we letting JMU dunk on us? No way we should let a team like this dunk on you as tall as we are. Tell them to put their hands up! It’s infuriating.

It’s hard to guard the perimeter with your hands up without losing a step on the opponent going around you.

Yeah, it's not shored up much. I don't worry about D until about the 13 minute mark or so because you have to adjust but we're just not sharp tonight.

That's what's sad. Other than last game, we haven't felt physically superior at all. That's trouble going into the tough part of our schedule.

For an offensive minded coach, we sure do go through a lot of scoring droughts.

It’s because he allows us to go 5-6 minutes stretches running nothing other than transition 3’s or shooting the first pass we get and fire from anywhere. When we run our actions we score.
