BB: UK vs UCF (EXH) Game Thread

Does pope have the balls to go for a 2 point conversion?

[megablue]

Pope gets who he gets, not who he needs or wants, it seems to me. We appear to have limitations that were not expected. They better get to work in practice to figure out how this team needs to play to win games.

[UKJenning]

How bad did LSU beat this team?

[darkshadesofblue]

UCF is a juggernaut

[cornbreadnmilk]

Is Jay Bilas still saying Pope is an offensive genius?

[Farsight Clone]

Enough is enough. Pope cannot instill discipline and toughness. He just doesn’t have it. And I’ve defended him a lot on here. We’re stuck I suppose this year. But as a new AD, I’d have to seriously consider a change right now. This program is a rudderless ship.

Welcome to the other side.

[katwest]

69% free throw shooter makes both under pressure, typical.

[TheGyeroMan]

Oh please oh please oh please lose. The reactions will be heavenly.

[Wildcat_in_DC]

So wait, it's on the guy drawing up the plays when guys miss open shots?

20 seconds left and whatever play they ran was completely blanked. i suppose thats on the players too and not the coach.

[HolySmokes]

Mom also just double dribbled...but they gave Pope a timeout. Refs hosing ucf...and still have the lead.

[megablue]

Refs are helping us all they can

I cannot disagree.

[BigBluefoot]

Pope, realizes they can't run anything and calls TO. What does he actually do in practices.

[Catastic5]

Oh please oh please oh please lose. The reactions will be heavenly.

We won’t lose. I refuse to believe we lose.

I hope more start to see it because the haters group needs new blood lol.

[Tri-Countycat]

This is where we miss Oweh and Chandler

[BigBluefoot]

I cannot disagree.

Sad when Doug shows feels sorry for us.

[Seth_C]

Wilkins is in so I guess Wilkins is taking the shot here.

[gbl97]

This is where we miss Oweh and Chandler

Mason better than both.

[Bugs092056]

If you still defend pope you're a complete azzhat. Just let the bum go

Gazes upon all the beautiful bodies

[darkshadesofblue]

I predict a Moreno miss beer

It’s beyond obvious he gets whoever wants the check another school won’t provide. I don’t think it matters who he has honestly though, he just isn’t a great coach.

[Beatle Bum]

Outcome irrelevant. I actually like the lineup of Williams, Hawthorne, NDaiye, Moreno, and Milan.

[MidseasonTweak]

I want Williams making the final shot

[phyrekat01]

He is a spot-up player !

Hard to get shots when your offense doesn't set acreens

[TheGyeroMan]

This is where we miss Oweh and Chandler

For what? A 7th seed?

[*Fox2Monk*]

UCF is a juggernaut

Dark horse final 4 contender

[Catastic5]

Ugh

[RoyKent]

Blow a 15 point lead at home against the worst team in the Big 12….way to go Pope!!

[*Fox2Monk*]

Actually called a good play there. Of course he misses.

[phyrekat01]

for every open shot 9 are not....so yeah, its on the coach.

Who's fault is it that UCF has had MULTIPLE wide open looks at three?

[HolySmokes]

Anyone enjoying this Mark Pope grinder against a crappy team?

I can name four that dont care that we are losing. Just keep cheering on their Popie. Place has been burnt to the ground for two years. Sacred Utah ritual crap behind the scenes has to get out of Kentucky.

Seriously this is the land of country folks. Rednecks and coal miners. Horse riding and bourbon drinking. Get Pope a plane ticket J Batt.

[Catastic5]

Jesus Christ

[TheGyeroMan]

This game is rigged holy ****.

[CaptainDad]

FIRE MARK POPE!

[Wildcat_in_DC]

lol...2 missed FTs and moreno gets stripped.

[*Fox2Monk*]

Moreno got the Board but they took it from him wow.

[JimboBBN]

I really can’t fathom even the most staunch Pope supporters being excited after this game. This is terrible.

[megablue]

We are EASY to guard. It is that simple ...
