Decent game. Wilkins is figuring it out. Mom is a beast, needs more looks. Moreno is great offensively but man he has to rebound better and be tougher.

X-factor is if Pope wants to keep his job or get fired. If he rides with Zoom all year we’re gonna lose some games we shouldn’t. Williams is the guy at PG.

Defensive rebounding was concerning tonight, but I agree.

Moreno is older. Mom is better than expected. We have a number of long, mobile guys who defend on the perimeter.

REBOUNDING is a problem right now but it can be fixed. Love mason Williams and what he brings along with Wilkins. I think Diallo is pressing and will find his groove. Texas Tech is a good team, quick good shooters and good rebounding team along with being good defensively.

Overall, I'll take that. Good core group, but need a couple others to step up (Kam might help that). Think we can be solid, but it's really hard to tell too much from a scrimmage. Tech doesn't look very good right now, but maybe our length had something to do with that.

Frankly we should have been able to blow out a team without their 2 best players that spent most of the game chucking 3s. We’re a fringe top 25 team until I see otherwise. I won’t sugarcoat it. We’ll be an OK team. But Zoom might legitimately be untenable, I fear. I don’t get good vibes from that guy.

We don't need to give up on zoom the kid plays hard he just needs to quit pounding the ball on the floor and move it better

I’m not an expert at all but I’ve said all along Zoom had quite possibly the best big man in college last year in Steinbach and he still couldn’t win games. Look at his highlights, 70% of them are mid range jumper’s. And that’s against west coast teams.

Morton and Kam could make us look pretty good. Mitchell would have made us really scary with N'Diaye as a backup
