Official ‘26 PSU - Temple game thread

[cntblvitsbutter]

Remember there were two dropped TD passes. Rocco is a good QB

I actually think he's a very good QB. Good touch on deep passes, hit's receivers in stride on slants...

[cntblvitsbutter]

Maybe put a spy on Smolik? Wouldn't mind if he was still here.

[laKavosiey-st lion]

And maybe not as crazy as it sounds.

At least get a computer nerd in the booth to help. Would have won Franklin a few more games.

I personally know 4 + hs freshmen who are smarter than me right now

I personally know 4+ rocks who are smarter than you right now. They attend dirt.

Probably not the best to to make a request, but I will.
Can we please leave James Franklin out of the conversation today. Good grief. For a group of people who hated him and peed their pants when he was fired, many of you are letting him ruin your days.

We fired him like a bich

Along with you.

[cntblvitsbutter]

Wow. Just wow.

[bwc]

young people are smart

Hell yeah, I was the smartest person I knew when I was younger, all you had to do was ask me. Now I don't know s**t.

[Moogy]

Run up the gut on 3rd and 8? Okey dokey.

[pendal1]

Did you watch him play prior to last week?
You're the one wanting to bench him for Martin after 15 carries despite his past success

You always have all the answers.

[cntblvitsbutter]

Run up the gut on 3rd and 8? Okey dokey.

Still kinda of a close game to try to prove something.

[Ludd]

Run up the gut on 3rd and 8? Okey dokey.

That’s twice they’ve done that…luckily it worked the first time.

[NittanyLionRoar]

Run up the gut on 3rd and 8? Okey dokey.

I was a little surprised by that.

[TXLION_]

so peoples is averaging almost 8 ypc and we put hansen in??

[LionDeNittany]

Game is in the bag. They wanted the three score lead.

Wow Temple is blowing PSU off the ball what will UM and UW and USC do? What happened to all the Big guys plugging holes and stopping the run? IF you are playing your 8th and 6th year in the college the pro's don't want you.

[WestSideLion]

Becht has settled down nicely here. Some terrific throws showing anticipation and ability to read the game.

That 3rd and 8 draw may irk some, but that was Campbell setting up for a FG and a 3 possession lead. Smart. Not sexy, but smart.

Have you seen the scoreboard?

[Bones80]

What I like best this year (not always evident last few) is when things aren’t going great (first quarter non-scores) they don’t get their panties in a twist (unlike many on this board) and seem calm and confident.

Wow Temple is blowing PSU off the ball what will UM and UW and USC do? What happened to all the Big guys plugging holes and stopping the run?

Definitely a concern.

[Marshall2323]

Dare I say Franklinesque?

I believe that is an automatic suspension from the BWICAC

[LionDeNittany]

Man Temple really blew PSU off the ball on that series! Thanks for the commentary guys.

It's a 'concern'

[AvgUser]

Hmmmmmmm

That non-flag on Tracy was a gift

[KingLando]

The defense is very solid--at least people stopped complaining about the RBs--so that's a win

[KingLando]

You always have all the answers.

Just more than you kiddo

[Nittering Nabob]

I'd like to see a long (6+ minute) drive ending in a TD.

[LionDeNittany]

Yep. PAssing game has been good too.

We're just playing conservative. Not trying to pull a Franklin and lose when we've won,.

[laKavosiey-st lion]

21 ITS WBD

[laKavosiey-st lion]

Flag!

[Paws057]

Juuuuuuuussssssstttttt a little late there buddy!

[KingLando]

Yeah, no more running Rocco today

[bwc]

USC is my dark horse CFP contender, they're talented on both sides of the ball. Also, who gives a s**t about what the pros want? My team's on the floor.

[laKavosiey-st lion]

Cue fat lady

[KingLando]

Time to play the backups now

[LionDeNittany]

Whiners gonna whine.

Great play and pass. RB;s that get 3-4 yds on a carry open up the whole field.

Why Singleton with his 0,0,0,0,0,67,2 was such a burden.

LdN

[JoeBagobagels]

Beat the spread! Beat the spread! Beat the spread!

They have a tough stretch coming. I too root for the Trojans

[cntblvitsbutter]

Would like 1 more td for window dressing. And for revenge for the late hit on Becht.

What game are you watching, and where can I buy the drugs that you're using?

Pure greed lol
