Sleepy Joe: Used for Joe Biden to portray him as low-energy or past his prime.Lyin' Ted: Used for Ted Cruz during the 2016 Republican primaries.
Little Marco: Used for Marco Rubio to mock his physical stature.
Low Energy Jeb: Used for Jeb Bush to frame him as unenthusiastic and uninspired.
Crazy Bernie: Used for Bernie Sanders to highlight his democratic socialist policy platform.
Pocahontas: Used for Elizabeth Warren regarding her past claims of Native American ancestry.
The top 2 have to be Pocahontas and Sleepy Joe. I'm not sure which is better. Little Marco remains the best Republican nickname imo.

This thing with Lake Ontario is just like with the Gulf of Mexico where the parent (all rational American adults not suffering from political brain rot) is just gonna let the child (Trump) throw their tantrum and burn themselves out.
And then when Trump is out of office, the names will go back and life will move on.
And if a Republican wins the office in 2028 and is paid off by Trump to keep the changes, then the non-morons of our country will just patiently wait until the next time a Democrat wins the Presidency and changes it back anyways.
