To clarify for OU grads, “the latter” means the second of two things.

Just friendly banter. Any questions about OU or Omaha, just holler. Should be a great series. Never seen a team as hot as OU right now. They’re playing similar to the ’22 Ol’ Miss team that caught fire and won it all.

Both teams have only lost one game so far. We got to the finals our of conference Tournament. You guys got knocked out in the first round. We were hotter in Feb-May. So, maybe you’re seeing a hotter team than OU??

Maybe. Relative to how our respective seasons have gone, OU has had to heat up more though, unquestionably. UNC has had less lulls. Just in the NCAAs, OU has been the hotter team.

UNC Regionals run differential: +16
OU Regionals run differential: +17 (includes a loss)

UNC Supers run differential : +1 (includes a loss)
OU Supers run differntial : +18

UNC CWS run differential : +12
OU CWS run differential : +17

You guys have definitely been the more consistent and balanced team throughout the season—no question. There’s a reason you’re favored to win by almost everyone.

Would just say if he hasn’t been banned yet, @Rush2112Sooner has a wealth of info about the team, so a good person to ask if wanting to know something.

No doubt you’ve been hot. You were pretty mediocre all season. So, a winning streak might appear hotter. We‘ve been on a heater all season. Better team vs. a team that got finally won some big games. Will you continue to play above your level or go back to the team that had a conference losing record? To be determined.

While I appreciate the props, you’re definitely thinking of the wrong sport! Softball is my main follow, and I can definitely spits endless fact on the ladies. Baseball, I’m more of an average fan.
@logiesbum23 (former OU player) and @FistHerBiscuit (former NCAA player) are your experts, and for non-players, @JordanWallace and countless others would have tons more info on the baseball team than I would.
