WVU has a bit of a “Destiny” feeling about them.
They kinda do. I'm surprised to hear the PA playing their song after a win thoughWVU has a bit of a “Destiny” feeling about them.

Pretty much every team in Omaha has a bit of "Destiny" feeling about them -- especially the Game 1 winners.WVU has a bit of a “Destiny” feeling about them.
That was the weirdest part of the Super last week. Having to listen to the SC’s “Fight On” while sitting in The Bosh! Terrible! They play the song for whoever wins.
They are going to throw Yehl against us anyway - maybe with an outside chance that Cole gets some work too. Their pitching will be basically all systems go for their game against us.Korn threw 79 pitches. I would assume he’s burned for Sunday. Or severely compromised if not.

Glad he did that. I thought it was like a fun hang out place. Turns out, it’s just corporate schtickMcAfee exposing the Jell-O shot nonsense was pretty funny. Surprised he still cut them a huge check given what he described.
Oklahoma & Texas.Who's everyone got in the games today?
Was about to post the same! That’s my prediction too.Oklahoma & Texas.
Red River in the 1-0 game
Me as well lolWas about to post the same! That’s my prediction too.
Is that some kind of “lesser of two evils” logic?Would love for Alabama to win but don’t have my hopes up
Why Bama? Just curious. Sooners are the only non-national seed on that side of the bracket.Would love for Alabama to win but don’t have my hopes up
Good thing we’re a long way from seeing him (on both sides).OU's pitcher scares me
Ben McDonald is fantastic. Great analysis and the fact that he gets a haircut every five days is hilariously amusing to me.When asked about how they think the weather will play this week, Perez just said, "I love it. Wind blowing out," as the camera shows the flag blowing straight towards home plate LOL!
Ben then gently says, "The wind has changed and is blowing in."
Is Perez the best they have to offer?
McDonald is great, and the PBP guy is decent, but Eduardo is terrible
This comment may come back to bite me…Oklahoma is an absolute wagon that is on fire at the right time. This is a team that folded up GT two games in a row (nearly impossible to do), went to Lawrence and stuffed Kansas in a locker on their own field, and now is dominating a fellow SEC foe in game 1 of Omaha.
Everyone has been so intent on one of Georgia or Texas making it out of this side, but I wouldn’t sleep on this Sooner squad. They can bang with anyone right now.
OU spanking Bama….9-0 going to the bottom of the 8thShould be a great CWS. First game should be really interesting.
WV pitcher doesn't throw hard if they throw their ace first game. But he has great control. Curious to see how Troy hits him. They've been hitting the ball really well and have a lot of pitchers in the mid 90s
Completely agree. I don’t want to do it either and jinx us. But there’s certainly some things you can take away from West Virginias path to get to Omaha vs. teams like UNC/Oklahome/etc.This comment may come back to bite me…
BUT, everyone is talking about how “hot” West Virginia is. I don’t see it. They needed game 7 to scrape by bubble team Kentucky then routed Cal Poly.
OU on the other hand, as mentioned… has absolutely steamrolled two top 16 teams & now going it to a 3rd
And WVU has been battled tested in this tournament. I think every team that is in Omaha has been (maybe outside of Bama). It’s who they’ve been battle tested again that stands out.Completely agree. From what little I have watched, they may be a force to deal with. Why Bama? Just curious. Sooners are the only non-national seed on that side of the bracket.
Guessing you haven’t watched much…From what little I have watched, they may be a force to deal with.
