Why take Rose out. Forbes is so stubborn when it come to McDuffie
The pitcher has struggled with control some I think. I understand the first one. The 2nd one after the wild pitch you have to be sitting red right there bc he's not going to try to do anything but throw it down the middle. And he did.
Conservative at this point in the game is anti conservative
I don’t love pulling Rose after just 13 pitches when extras are a very real possibility.
Why are we pulling Jackson? He has been doing well. What on earth is Forbes doing?
I have no idea. Only thing I can think of is that dude maybe had some good offspeed stuff that he was waiting on. But it was a pretty dead AB, regardless. No fight.
Why would you not save Walker in case we go extras here? You just burnt Rose for basically no reason. He was throwing good, I have a horrible feeling about this decision.

Yup. We will tie it up and McDuffie the only arm left. Stupid over coaching again. No reason to take Rose out. Just a completely different coach the last weekend of the year
Don't like burning Rose here with no one on base. If we go to extras, we may need a longer stint from McDuffie and it just feels like we're burning Rose too early.

Darn near impossible. Yet, USC hasn't taken advantage to put us away. Hopefully it comes back to bite the Trojans in the 9th
Don't get this move to McDuffie even if he does well. Rose was cruising and now McDuffie is going to have to finish the game even if we tie and go to extras.

Yup. And I know baseball is funny and quirky and things can heat up in a hurry, but it's hard seeing a team this ice cold with RISP making a run in the CWS.
This just isn't a Top Baseball team. Looks like we were second best in a bad conference.
