I have a good friend in NCAA Compliance. He is pretty adamant that if this 5-in-5 passes at the next meeting, he’ll be ineligible because his clock would’ve been up.

But again, people have been wrong before. Just absolutely crazy that the NCAA continues to be the wild wild west.

To be fair, this isn’t new. There have been several MLB draft picks that didn’t end up making it who went to go play college football.
