A Tar Heel win and it will be a great day. Let's not forget the team that wrongly was seeded 4th, just lost.
My son had a guy named Lamar on his high school baseball team. Well, his real name was Landon but his teammates called him Lamar. So when I would do the PA, I would always say Lamar. His walk up song was the kid that yodeled in Walmart yodeling in Walmart.
While I am loving all these upsets I also know it’s a cautionary tale. Carolina could be the next victim. I’m sure Coach Forbes has been reminding the guys.
Lost badly to a team that was 25-31. But then Auburn has been the most over-rated team all season... somehow stole our seed.
Some bad juju going on for ankles in Tallahassee this year. First Myles Bailey, now St. John’s OF carried off the field after an ankle injury in their opener against FSU
So happy that Auburn lost. I do not like their fan base one bit
Opening Friday of the NCAA baseball tournament is second only to the first Thursday of March Madness in generating excitement.
The Gaels catcher has to be rubbing his mitt in the first to get that much dust cloud on every caught pitch. It doesn’t blow like that on the throw back to the pitcher. Catcher gets a huge cloud every catch.
UCLA played with fire the entire B1G tournament but got away with it. Not so today.
Baseball is much better in terms of upsets

29 come from behind wins this season. Just not this one. Oh, well. Sucks for the Bruins.
Calm down folks. There's a reason it's a double elimination regional. Gives the cream a chance to rise to the top if it gets hit by the occasional paddle!
Jeez Virginia is getting blasted. Going to be USM/UVA in the elimination game.
